Do you have experience in maintenance of production machines and equipment? We are looking for a skilled mechanic for regular maintenance, diagnostics and repair of machinery and production equipment.
What will be your job description?
- Regular maintenance of production and non-production machinery and equipment (automatic, semi-automatic and manual assembly lines, robotic systems, conveyors, automatic stackers, AMR, compressors, foaming technology, Abator extraction technology, building technology).
- Repair of machinery and equipment (replacement of parts, repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, adjustment of mechanical components).
- Assembly and installation of new production machinery and equipment.
- Wiring mechanical components and systems and preparing them for operation.
- Working with the team to identify opportunities to improve production processes.
- Regular inspection and testing of production machines.
- Calibration and adjustment of machines.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Secondary school education with a technical focus (mechanic, electromechanic, mechanical technician, etc.).
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
- Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
