We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes. If you have a technical background, experience in a manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills, then we are looking for you!
What will be your job description?
- Design and optimization of production processes.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient handover of the new equipment to the production facility.
- Performing analysis of time measurement methods (MTM).
- Development and updating of process failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to minimize risks in manufacturing processes.
- Creating detailed work instructions for production operators.
- Management, implementation and documentation of changes in production processes.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Education in a technical or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Technical knowledge and experience in process design, equipment handover, MTM analysis, P FMEA, work instructions and change management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Communicate in English.
