Do you want to play a key role in bringing new products to market? We are looking for a Launch Engineer who will plan, coordinate and implement new production processes.
What will be your job description?
- Creating project plans, inter-departmental coordination, monitoring and adjusting projects.
- Providing technical support, designing manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
- Improving production processes, reducing costs and assessing risks.
- Preparing detailed documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Working with other departments, training and supporting production teams.
- Post-launch performance monitoring of new products, feedback collection, corrective actions.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management, product development or manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality, project management tools, CAD software.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- It will be an advantage if you have project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and lean manufacturing experience.
