We are looking for a Quality Laboratory Manager who will be responsible for the quality control of our products and thus contribute to maintaining our high standards.
What will be your job description?
- To be responsible for the proper functioning of the quality laboratory.
- Lead a team of laboratory technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of testing processes.
- Oversee compliance with safety protocols.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Ideally educated in engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an automotive quality lab and at least 2 years in a management position.
- Knowledge of LIMS, QMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
- Communicate in English.
