Our selection process is designed to be efficient, transparent and candidate-friendly.
We want to make your path to joining our company as easy as possible, so we've created a clear overview to guide you through every step of the selection process - from choosing a position to signing your contract. You will always know exactly what to expect.
Below you will find a detailed guide to help you not only understand the whole process better, but also prepare for it with confidence.

How do you get To us?

From the new roundabout near Boršov nad Vltavou, head towards the newly emerging industrial zone. You will see two halls in front of you - park in the parking lot of the hall on your left.

Applying for a position

Choose a position that appeals to you from our range and simply apply.

Telephone interview with HR

During a short phone call we will discuss your current situation, expectations and possible start date.

At the same time, we will check your language skills and ideas about financial compensation. Together we will review your options, possible career paths and agree on the way forward.

Interview with direct supervisor

You will meet your potential direct supervisor in our company. During the approximately one-hour interview, we will focus on your previous experience and give you a detailed introduction to the specific job. Together, we will also clarify mutual expectations so you can get a clearer picture of our company and company culture.

This interview is also an ideal opportunity to ask questions about everything that interests you.

Interview with the CEO

The final step is a short interview with the CEO where we focus on overall compatibility.

Job offer

If you are successful, we will send you a concrete offer with details of the cooperation.

Pre-boarding administration

After accepting the offer, you will complete a personal questionnaire, pass an initial medical examination, select IT equipment and sign an employment contract. 

How it will be run
Your first day of work

The first step
Introductory meeting
At 8:00 a.m. we will welcome you to NOBO AUTO, where together we will sign the employment contract and take care of all administrative matters so that you can start your new working phase smoothly.
The second step
Introducing the onboarding plan
Once the paperwork is complete, we will present you with a detailed onboarding plan that will guide you through the entire onboarding process and ensure that you integrate into our team quickly and smoothly.
Third step
Getting to know the team
At the joint morning meeting, we will introduce you to your new team and the colleagues you will be working closely with. This will be an ideal opportunity to make your first contacts and learn more about your new role.
The fourth step
Initial training
You'll then undergo an induction training session, during which we'll give you a thorough introduction to our work processes, safety regulations and company culture so you're ready for a smooth start in your new role.
Fifth step
Handover of IT equipment and session with the manager
In this final step, we will hand over the necessary IT equipment and then you will have an initial meeting with your manager to discuss the first steps of cooperation and further expectations.
